KARIMNAGAR, APRIL 15, 2024: The first and the second-year degree students of Vivekananda Degree and PG, Karimnagar town, organised a farewell party for the outgoing degree final year students on the college campus and wished them good luck under the banner of ‘Adieu’ with lots of enthusiasm on Monday.
Principal of the college Ch Srinivas, Academic Coordinator B Sampath Kumar, AO B Sravan Kumar, B Rameshwar Rao and all departments’ heads and faculty members participated in the celebrations, which began with the lighting of the lamp. The enthusiasm and gusto of the party peeled off its layers with smiles, tears, reminiscences and a cultural bonanza comprising songs, dances and other eye-catching items.
The day was a fiesta devoted to the years spent together with friends and teachers, to reminisce joyous moments. The hall was festooned with decorations. Being a colorful affair, the farewell bash rocked the day for all the party attendees. The eye catching moments were the dance performances of the students.
Speaking on the occasion, principal Srinivas congratulated the students of the college on organising the farewell party of the college and appreciated the cultural programme presented by students. Blessing the students, the Principal assured the students that they will always get support of college even after they have left. He encouraged them by saying that never compromise with your principles and abide by the moral values and discipline they have learnt from the college.
