

KARIMNAGAR, MAY 05, 2025: The trend of celebrating birthdays and festivals at orphanages is engaging the do-gooders in the city. The motive behind the celebrations with them is to make them feel privileged and a part of our society.

Accordingly, a couple in Karimnagar had celebrated their marriage anniversary with the students of Telangana BC Employability Skill Development Training Centre in Karimnagar town on Monday. Entrepreneur and Lions club member Munipalli Phanitha and Amith Babu celebrated their marriage anniversary by hosting lunch for 120 students who are undergoing training and coaching.
Lions Club of Karimnagar, which had launched ‘Meals on Wheels’ two years ago to provide breakfast and lunch to the people in Karimnagar to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries. For the last two months, the Lions Club has been providing food to the students at TGBC study centre. Phanitha and Amith Babu had also donated the silver portraits of Lord Ganesha to the students for their cent per cent attendance. Lion Sashikanth, study circle director Ravikumar and others were also present.
