HYDERABAD, NOVEMBER 26, 2024: Constitution Day was observed by the students of Government Degree College for Women, Golkonda, Hyderabad on Tuesday.
On this occasion, the NSS volunteers took out a procession from the college to the statue of Indian Constitution Dr BR Ambedkar at Banjari Darwaza near Golkonda fort. They also took pledge to protect the Constitution.
Highlighting the importance of Indian Constitution, Principal T Sree Lakshmi explained the diversity of India, which, according to her, was strengthened by the Constitution. NSS Programme officer Humera Sayeed, Faculty members Manzoor Hussain, Bala Srinivas, Vijay Kumar, Md. Gaffar, participated in rally and pledge.
