KARIMNAGAR, NOVEMBER 26, 2024: Vivekananda Degree and PG College in Karimnagar town celebrated Constitution Day or ‘Samvidhan Diwas’ on Tuesday to commemorate 75 years of its adoption. On this occasion, the students and teachers pledged to protect the Indian Constitution.
Highlighting the importance of the Indian Constitution, Principal Ch Srinivas explained the diversity of India, which, according to him, was strengthened by the Constitution. Stating that our constitution is the strong foundation of our democratic republic, he urged the students and faculty members to inculcate the constitutional ideals in their conduct.
NSS programme officer Dhanapuri Sagar explained the students about the constitution75.com link and informed them to read the preamble and upload their recorded videos. He asked them to follow the fundamental duties and dedicate themselves to the national goal of building Viksit Bharat by the year 2047.
