
First, a team of parchakas from Tirumala led by the chief priest Sri Krishna Seshachala Dikshitulu brought the Utsava idols of Sridevi, Bhudevi and Sri Swamy to the Kalyanam place,

Afterwards, from 11 am to 12 noon, the Celestial Kalyanam of Sri Swamy and Ammavaru was performed according to the scriptures, with the Archakas chanting Vedic mantras and Mangala vadyams followed by other traditional customs.
Finally, the wedding ceremony concluded with the Nakshatra Aarti and Mangala Aarti etc. The devotees who witnessed the celestial ceremony of Sri Swamy and the Goddess were filled with ecstatic joy.
A glorious Chakrasnama on the banks of the Gomti River
On the occasion of the Maha Kumbh Mela, TTD conducted a grand Chakrasnanam on the banks of the Gomti River in the Naimisharanyam forest on Friday. The Chakrasnanam ceremony took place between 9 and 10 am.
On the banks of the Gomti river, priests performed abhishekam on Chakrathalwar with milk, curd, ghee, honey and sandalwood. Thereafter the Officials and devotees took holy dips. TTD Deputy EO Shiva Prasad, HDPP Additional Secretary Ram Gopal, AEO Ravi and other officials were present.
