RAJANNA-SIRCILLA, APRIL 08, 2025: The Department of Commerce at the Telangana Social Welfare Residential Degree College for Women, Vemulawada, Rajanna Sircilla district, hosted an engaging and informative extension lecture on “Career Opportunities for Commerce Students,” aimed at helping students better understand the many paths available to them after graduation on Tuesday
The resource person for the session was Kiran Kumar Rotte, Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Business and Management at Vivekananda Degree & PG College, Karimnagar. With his rich experience in the field, He shared valuable insights on a range of career options in commerce and management, especially highlighting opportunities in professional courses, banking, insurance, and taxation. He encouraged students to think beyond traditional roles and stay updated with industry trends.
The session was well-received by students and was held in the presence of Principal K Lavanya and Vice Principal B Sumalatha. R Uma Devi, Head of the Commerce Department, along with faculty members K. Sangeetha, N. Sandhya Rani, Srilatha, and Madhavi, also actively took part in the programme.
Commerce students participated enthusiastically, asking questions and interacting with the speaker, making the session not just educational but also truly inspiring.
