
KARIMNAGAR, SEPTEMBER 10, 2026: A campus recruitment drive aimed at providing employment opportunities to unemployed degree graduates was organised at SRR Government Arts & Science College (Autonomous), Karimnagar, as part of the ICICI Bank Relationship Management Programme, facilitated by NIIT.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. K. Satish, Managing Director, Ve-Process, explained that the recruitment process would consist of four stages—Self-Introduction, Online Test, Grooming Preparation and HR Round. Candidates who successfully clear all four stages will undergo two weeks of training, following which appointment letters will be issued to the selected candidates
Presiding over the programme, Prof. K. Ramakrishna, Principal, stated that the college has been organising several job fairs and campus recruitment drives every year for the benefit of degree students, enabling many students to secure employment opportunities. He urged students to make effective use of such opportunities and establish themselves in suitable careers at an early age

Mr Satish, TS-KC Coordinator, encouraged students to make the best use of campus recruitment opportunities. He stated that several students had already secured employment in the banking sector through job fairs organised by TSKC
Mr Sudhakar, Career Guidance Cell Coordinator, advised students to develop their employability skills while pursuing their degree itself. He emphasised the importance of participating in the college’s programmes on soft skills, communication skills, career development and professional skills, so that students could be better prepared for employment by the time they complete their graduation
Mrs Harjyoth Kaur, IQAC Coordinator, encouraged students to continuously improve their skills and confidence and perform well in campus recruitment drives, to secure suitable employment after graduation
Senior Counsellors Mr. Manoj Kumar and Mr. Rakesh explained the online test and grooming preparation process and guided the participating students
More than 50 students participated in the recruitment drive and availed themselves of the opportunity to explore career prospects in the banking sector.
