

KARIMNAGAR, APRIL 22, 2025: A large number of boys and girls (karatekas) took part in the belt grading test held in different age groups at Vivekananda Residential School (CBSE) Karimnagar under the guidance of Karate Chief instructor Vasanth Kumar on Monday.


Participants exhibited their skills in different forms of karate namely dachi, shuki, firi, kata and kumite during the test and were awarded belts according to the results. The programme was inaugurated by the Principal, Renuka Balivada, and the Advisor of the Managing Committee, Gandra Laxman Rao. In a proud moment for the school, two students were awarded the prestigious brown belt, while one student achieved the distinguished black belt, signifying years of dedication and rigorous training.

Chairman Dr. Sudhakar Rao Polsani and Director (Academics) Dr. T. Lalitha Kumari extended their heartfelt congratulations to the participants, applauding their competitive spirit, endurance, and strength. The event served as an inspiring conclusion to the academic year, reinforcing the importance of physical fitness, discipline, and determination.
