KARIMNAGAR, DECEMBER 16, 2024: The Telangana BC Udyogula Sangham, Karimnagar district, unit has thanked the state government for taking up the BC caste census and especially expressed gratitude to Minister for Transport and BC Welfare Ponnam Prabhakar for taking the initiative.
The Telangana BC Udgyogula sangham Karimnagar district opened its office in Bhagthnagar in Karimnagar town on Monday. Speaking on the occasion, sangham district president Marri Srinivas Yadav urged the state government to write to the Union government to provide reservations to the BCs in the promotions.
The sangham also urged the government to remove the creamy layer for the BCs completely. The meeting also decided to strengthen the association by forming new committees in the Karimnagar, Jagtial, Sircills, and Peddapalli districts. Advisor Sudhakar Goud, integrated district secretary Pudari Raju Goud, district secretary Madhusudhan, Bhemari Srinivas, N Ramesh and others were also present.
