KARIMNAGAR, JULY 27, 2024: Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Bandi Sanjay Kumar has assured all assistance for the education of a school drop-out by joining her in a junior college in Karimnagar town and ensure that she pursues her higher education and fulfill her chosen career.
The Union Minister participated in the inauguration of CC road works in Cherlapalli village of Choppadandi assembly segment on Saturday. On his return, he noticed a group of womenfolk including a minor girl and school drop-out working in the fields braving incessant rains on Saturday.
He stopped his convoy and visited the group of women working in the fields. After noticing the minor girl working in the fields, he asked: Why going to work. Are you not interested in studies? For which, Bolla Akshaya said that she had passed tenth class and stopped education due to financial problems. She informed that she has dream to study further and fulfill her chosen career in higher education.
Immediately, the Union Minister instructed the district BJP president G Krishna Reddy to join the girl in the junior college and if require in the hostel and provide necessary assistance to fulfill her dream of pursuing her education and settle in her life.
