Students visit Rajiv Gandhi Deer Park in Karimnagar
KARIMNAGAR, OCTOBER 26, 2024: The Tiny Tots of Advita International School, Bhagathnagar, Karimnagar, had a gala time, in addition to learning about wildlife, at the Rajiv Gandhi Deer Park in Karimnagar town on Saturday. The toddlers, along with their teachers, visited Deer Park to celebrate Environment Day recently.
With the theme of the field trip being animals and birds, the tiny tots learned about the various differences between domestic, wild and aquatic animals. The teachers also explained the many characteristics that are typical of herbivorous, carnivorous and omnivorous animals.
The visit was organized as an interactive learning experience to introduce young learners to the wonders of nature and to develop a love for animals.
Upon arrival, the students were captivated by the park’s lush greenery and variety of animals, particularly the deer that roamed freely. Teachers and PETs provided information about the habits, diet, and habitat of the animals, helping the children understand the importance of respecting wildlife.
In addition to the educational aspects, the trip allowed the children to engage in fun-filled recreational activities. They played in designated areas, explored the park trails, and enjoyed a group picnic, which provided an opportunity for bonding and social interaction outside the classroom.
The Deer Park trip was an enriching experience that combined learning with play, making it a memorable day for the young learners. It also supported our mission of raising environmentally conscious and curious global citizens from an early age.
