
A student was selected for all-India weight-lifting competitions and another for the South zone inter-University Kabaddi competitions


RAJANNA-SIRCILLA, OCTOBER 25, 2024: Another Alumna of Telangana Social Welfare Residential Degree College for Women, Sircilla, Kongala Anusha, has been selected as a constable in the Border Security Force (BSF) through the Staff Selection Commission (SSC).

Anusha, belonging to the 2016-19 batch B Com (CA), was selected to the BSF recently and posted in the North Bengal region at Jalpaiguri, according to principal PSR Sharma, vice principal K Lavanya and physical director Devika.
Similarly, another student of the college Amuktha Malyada from BDT (Bachelor of Design Technology) third year has been selected for the All-India weightlifting competitions. At the competitions conducted by the Satavahana University at Dynamic Gym, Kharkhanagadda in Karimnagar, Amuktha excelled and was selected for the national competitions.
Another student A Ramya, MSTC third year from the college, was selected for the South Zone Inter-University Kabaddi tournament which will be held at Alagappa University in Tamil Nadu state next month. The faculty members were all praised for the achievements of the students’ residential women’s degree college in Sircilla.
