KARIMNAGAR, MAY 11, 2025: The Swami Vivekananda Vidya Parishad Trust’s nine-day summer camp in Mallapur village of Gangadhara mandal concluded on Saturday evening with the distribution of certificates to all the participants.
Trust Director and IMA state joint secretary Dr Polasa Ramkiran said that the camp was conducted from May 2 to 10, and the participants were trained in yoga and stick fight (martial arts using a stick) and other self-defence courses. Yoga teacher Sampath Kumar trained a total of 130 participants in the camp.
Besides, the Trust also conducted interactive sessions with eminent personalities from various walks of life. The closing ceremony was conducted on Saturday, wherein Supreme Court Lawyer Ramesh Babu participated as the chief guest. Several other eminent personalities such as Suresh Maharaj, Dr Sesha Shailaja, Dr Surendra, CA Anil Kumar, Sangeetha, Anji Reddy, Shankaraiah, Deeraj, trust member Tudi Kalyan and others were also present.
