
TIRUMALA, OCTOBER 25, 2025: All five major dams in Tirumala are almost full to their capacities following the incessant rains for the last three days.
Papavinasanam, Akashaganga, Gogarbham, Kumaradhara, and Pasupudhara dams are the major water sources in Tirumala. The water in these dams will suffice the needs till May next.
The status of the water level details of the five reservoirs as follows.
1) Papavinasanam Dam:– 696.05 m.
FRL:- 697.14 m.
Storage Capacity:- 5240.00 Lakh Gallons.
Current storage:- 4890.65 lakh gallons.
2) Gogarbham Dam:- 2893.80 feet
FRL :- 2894.00 Ft
Storage Capacity:- 2833.00 Lakh Gallons.
Current storage:- 2804.89 lakh gallons.

3) Akashganga Dam:- 863.10 m
FRL:- 865.00 m.
Storage Capacity:- 685.00 lakh gallons.
Current storage:- 537.00 lakh gallons.
4) Kumaradhara Dam:- 896.55 m.
FRL:- 898.24m.
Storage Capacity:- 4258.98 Lakh Gallons.
Current storage:- 3739.05 lakh gallons.
5) Pasupudhara Dam:- 893.20 m.
FRL:- 898.24m.
Storage Capacity:- 1287.51 Lakh Gallons.
Current storage:- 548.16 lakh gallons.
