TIRUPATI, NOVEMBER 24, 2024: As the annual Brahmotsavam at Tiruchanoor is scheduled from November 28 to December 06, TTD EO J Syamala Rao along with the JEO Veerabrahmam, CVSO Sreedhar, SP L Subbarayudu and with the officials of various departments of TTD inspected the ongoing arrangements on Saturday evening.
As a part of this, the EO directed the officials concerned that precautions should be taken regarding sanitation, Medical facilities, security measures, distribution of Anna Prasadam, cultural programs at Shilparamam, Asthana Mandapam of Tiruchanoor, Annamacharya Kalamandiram, Sri Ramachandra Pushkarini besides dancing troupes in front of Vahana Sevas.
The TTD EO said that on the day of Panchami Tee ratham, which will be held on 6th December there will be a huge rush of devotees, which the police and vigilance officials should coordinate to prevent traffic snarls etc in Pushkarini.
Among others officials were advised to hold coordinated meetings, transport arrangements for devotees to return to Tirupati after Vahana Sevas, organise medical teams, barricades mobile fire safety, first aid teams, signboards, Annaprasadam, deployment of adequate Srivari Sevaks,
Regarding Engineering works, he said whitewashing, painting, flexi boards and arches at important places, barricades, PA system, and electrical illumination should be set up. He also instructed that the flower exhibition by the Garden wing in Friday Gardens should be attractive and matching the occasion.
In coordination with different district wings the annual fete should be conducted in a grand manner like Tirumala Brahmotsavams, he asserted.
