Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam on January 20
TIRUPATI, JANUARY 05, 2026: On the auspicious occasion of Surya Jayanti, Rathasapthami will be observed at Tiruchanoor, wherein Sri Padmavati Devi will bless Her devotees, parading on seven major vahanams on January 25.
As per the schedule, on Sunday, January 25, the Goddess will give darshan to devotees on
Surya Prabha Vahanam between 7 am and 8 am
Hamsa Vahanam : 8.30 am to 9.30 am
Ashwa Vahanam: 10 am-11 am
Garuda Vahanam : 11.30 am – 12.30 pm
In the afternoon, the Goddess will bless devotees on:
Chinna Sesha Vahanam 1 pm – 2 pm
Chandra Prabha Vahanam 6 pm – 7 pm
Gaja Vahanam: 8.30 pm – 9.30 pm
Meanwhile, Snapana Tirumanjanam to the Utsava Murties of Sri Padmavathi Ammavaru will be performed in a grand manner at the Sri Krishnaswamy Mukha Mandapam in the temple between 3.30 pm and 4.30 pm.
In view of the Rathasapthami celebrations, TTD has cancelled Kalyanotsavam, Kumkumarchana, Break Darshan, Unjala Seva, and Vedasirvachanam at Sri Padmavathi Ammavari Temple on January 25.
Similarly, at the sub-temple of Sri Surya Narayana Swamy, the processional deity of Sri Surya Narayana will bless devotees on Aswa Vahanam between 6 am and 7 am.
Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam on January 20
In connection with the Rathasapthami festival, Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam will be conducted at the Sri Padmavathi Ammavari Temple on January 20 from 6.30 am to 9 am.
After the Tirumanjanam, devotees will be allowed Sarva Darshan of Sri Padmavathi Ammavaru. On this occasion, Kalyanotsavam Seva remains cancelled.
