NEW DELHI, DECEMBER 25, 2024: President Droupadi Murmu, Vice President Jagdeep Dhankar, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Minister for Home Amit Shah and other Ministers and CMs pay tributes to former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee on his centenary birth anniversary at his Smriti Sthal ‘Sadaiv Atal’ in New Delhi on Wednesday.
On the occasion of Good Governance Day, Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid homage to former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee hailing him as the architect of India’s transition into the 21st century. He also recollected his association with Mr Vajpayee and wrote some poems hailing from Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
In his posts on X platform, Union Minister Amit Shah said that Mr Atal dedication towards good governance and public welfare will continue to guide future generations. Bowing before Atal Bihari Vajpayee on his birth anniversary, Shah said that Mr Atal ushered in a new era of development and good governance in the country with his dedication towards ideology and value-based politics.
