Chairing a review meeting at Annamayya Bhavan in Tirumala on Wednesday, along with Additional EO Ch Venkaiah Chowdary, the EO stressed the coordinated efforts among the district administration, police, and TTD staff to ensure devotee satisfaction towards a seamless Vahana darshan and other facilities.

Key instructions include:
Continuous distribution of Annaprasadam across Mada streets, queue lines, and outside areas.
Strong security in coordination between TTD Vigilance and district police, besides conducting mock drills.
Maintain a buffer stock of 5 lakh laddus.
Adequate parking arrangements and traffic management.
Inspection and fitness certification of all vahanams.
Readiness of galleries, toilets, barricades, lighting, LED screens, sanitation, medical staff, and ambulances.

Ratha Saptami Vahanam Schedule:
5.30–8 am (Sun Rise 6.45 am): Suryaprabha Vahanam
9 –10 am: Chinna Sesha Vahanam
11 am–12 pm: Garuda Vahanam
1 –2 pm: Hanumantha Vahanam
2 –3 pm: Chakra Snanam
4 –5 pm: Kalpavriksha Vahanam
6 –7 pm: Sarvabhoopala Vahanam
8 –9 pm: Chandraprabha Vahanam
Sevas and Darshans cancellations:
Arjitha Sevas, including Kalyanotsavam, Unjal Seva, Arjitha Brahmotsavam,and Sahasra Deepalankara stands cancelled
Privilege darshans for NRIs, parents with infants, senior citizens, and the differently-abled have also cancelled
Slotted Sarva Darshan(SSD) tokens will not be issued in Tirupati from Jan 24–26.
Except for Protocol dignitaries, VIP Darshan remains cancelled; NO recommendation letters will be accepted on Jan 24.
TTD JEO Sri Veerabrahmam, TTD CV&SO Murali Krishna, District SP L Subbarayudu, Tirupati Municipal Corporation Commissioner Mourya, and senior officers from TTD, district, and police also attend the meeting.
