TIRUPATI, MAY 30, 2026: The Ashwa Vahanam Seva was held grandly on Saturday night as part of the annual Brahmotsavams of Sri Govindaraja Swamy in Tirupati.
Lord Govindaraja Swamy appeared in the divine attire of Kalki Avatar and blessed devotees from the Ashwa Vahanam. Amid Vedic chants, traditional music, kolatam performances, and Govinda namasmarana, the procession was conducted in a spiritually vibrant atmosphere.
The Ashwa Vahanam signifies control over the senses and conveys the message of overcoming the evils of Kali Yuga through devotion, dharma, and chanting the Lord’s holy names.
Tirumala Pedda Jeeyar Swamy, Chinna Jeeyar Swamy, Deputy EO Smt. V.R. Shanthi, AEO Sri A.B. Narayana Chowdari, Superintendent Sri Chiranjeevi, Temple Inspector Sri Dhananjayulu, priests, officials, Srivari Sevaks, and a large number of devotees participated.
