TIRUMALA, JUNE 17, 2026: With an aim to spread the glory of Sri Venkateswara Swamy across the country and as part of its Hindu Sanatana Dharma activity, TTD has taken up the construction of Srivari temples in state capitals.
In this noble divine mission, the Bihar Government has come forward and allocated 15 acres of land towards the construction of a Srivari temple on the banks of the River Ganges River and near the capital of Bihar Patna, next to the National Highway.
On this occasion, TTD Chairman Sri B.R. Naidu met Bihar Chief Minister Sri Samrat Chaudhary and thanked him.
The Chief Minister was felicitated with a shawl and a Srivari memento was presented to him.
Bihar Chief Secretary Sri Amrit Pratyay participated in this event.
Along with the main temple, a Kalyana Mandapam, Pushkarini and other infrastructure required for the convenience of the pilgrims will be set up in the proposed temple premises.
Keeping in mind the needs of the devotees, steps will be taken to complete the construction work expeditiously.
While the allotment of 10 acres of land for the construction of a Srivari temple in Guwahati, Assam, is already under completion, it is a welcoming aspect that now land has been allotted towards the construction of a temple near Patna, Bihar
