Kondagattu temple shrine earns Rs 1.04 crore cash through Hundi collections

JAGTIAL, NOVEMBER 21, 2024: Sri Anjaneya Swamy devasthanam in Kondagattu, Muthyampet village, Mallial mandal in Jagtial district, has earned Rs 1.04 crore cash, 60 grams of gold 3 kgs of silver and 78 foreign currency notes during the counting of hundi collections on Thursday.

The hundi collections of the temple shrine was conducted under supervision of Assistant Commissioner Supriya, Temple EO Ramakrishna Rao and others amid tight security cover. The temple authorities had opened 12 hundis of the temple shrine and counted donations made by the devotees by Sri Lalitha Seva Trust. Temple Assistant EO Y Anjaiah, supervisors Sunil Kumar, U Chandrashekhar and Hariharanath and others were also present.
