TIRUMALA, JULY 05, 2024: The traditional temple cleansing fete, Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam in connection with Anivara Asthanam will be observed in Tirumala temple on July 9.
The temple staff clean the entire premises of the temple including roof, walls, ceilings, pillars, puja materials from 6 am to 10 am with an aromatic mixture called Parimalam TTD has cancelled Astadala Pada Padmaradhama seva in connection with this fete. The Anivara Asthanam will be observed on July 16 in Tirumala temple.
Normally, the traditional Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam would be observed at Tirumala temple shrine on the eve of Ugadi festival Anivara Asthanam, Brahmotsavm and Vaikunta Ekadasi on Tuesday.
