TIRUMALA, JUNE 14, 2026: As the two-month-long summer vacation is ending soon, with a busy weekend, Tirumala has witnessed over 2,42,894 footfalls in the last three days.
Wait times for Sarva Darshan (Free Darshan) have crossed the 24-hour mark on Sunday. All 31 compartments of the Vaikuntham Queue Complex and the Narayangiri Garden Sheds are packed to capacity. The queue lines crossed the outside line at Octopus Building (Near Gogarbam Dam Circle).
TTD maintained uninterrupted services and continuous monitoring to ensure hassle-free darshan to its devotees who thronged from different parts of the country.
Under the instructions of Higher Authorities, the TTD Senior officers and Heads of various departments including Deputy EOs Sri Lokanatham, Sri Rajendra, Sri Somannarayana, Sri Bhaskar, Sri Ramakant, CPRO Dr. T. Ravi, Aswini Hospital Medical Superintendent Dr. Subba Reddy, and VGO Sri Surendra, continuously monitored the services along with the team.
Annaprasadam :
Exclusive 29 points have been set up with four Srivari Sevaks per point to provide meals and refreshments to the devotees waiting in the outside serpentine queue lines.
Engineering :
37 drinking-water taps (from Gate No. 69 to Gate No. 1) have been set up besides permanent and temporary toilets.

Sanitation:
The Health department of TTD has set up 49 water drums (two sevaks for each drum)
Permanent and temporary toilets are cleaned regularly, and waste is being cleared promptly.
Queue Blocks:
Ensuring pilgrim safety, devotees were allowed in a systematic way in outside lines starting from Octopus Circle.
29 additional queue blocks (Bata Gangamma Gudi Circle to Pachikalva Gangamma Gudi Circle) were established to hold around 150 devotees per block.
Each block is guarded by two Srivari Sevaks and one security guard holding ropes, and devotees are being allowed systematically.
Other departments, including Potu and Transport, have also discharged their respective duties round the clock.
TTD officials and staff continue round-the-clock monitoring to ensure devotees’ comfort.
