KARIMNAGAR, JULY 10, 2025: Special prayers and puja rituals marked the Guru Pournami festivities at Sri Sai Baba temple on the premises of Jyoshmathi Institute of Technology and Sciences (JIT), Karimnagar town on Thursday.
Special pujas such as kseera abhishekam and other rituals amid chanting of vedic hymns. On this occasion, the temple shrine was colourfully decorated with flowers, mango and banana leaves and special illuminations. Special bhajan programmes were also conducted.
JITS Chairman Juvvadi Sagar Rao along with his wife Juvvadi Vijaya, college secretary and correspondent Juvvadi Sumith Saio, former Mayor Y Sunil Rao’s wife Aparna, JITS principal T Anil Kumar, Dean (Academics) PK Vaishali, HoDs of various department, other faculty members and students participated in the afternoon harathi. Later, the prasadam was distributed to all the devotees.
