
TIRUMALA, OCTOBER 09, 2024: Besides the Southern States, artistes from Rajasthan, Gujrat, Odisha, MP, Maharashtra, Punjab, Manipur, Tripura, Jharkhand, UP and Assam presented unique art forms in front of Garuda Vahana Seva on Tuesday evening.
The colourful Chari of Rajastan, Tippani Garbha of Gujrat, Maharashtra’s Lavani Gondal, Bundelkhand dance of MP, Tripura’s Allam Jimpan, Jharkhand’s Mundari stood special.
While the Vasanthotsava presentation of Utsava deities where in Sri Malayappa along with Sridevi and Bhudevi, Sri Sita Rama Lakshmana Anjaneya, Sri Krishna with Rukmini Satyabhama were beautifully portrayed by the students of TTD run SV College of Music and Dance.
Thimsa of Telengana, Kolatams of AP, Bharatnatyam from TN, Kerala Drums and Mayura Nrutam, Pondicherry ‘s dance form mused the devotees.
A total of 28 teams consisting 718 artistes performed before Garuda Vahanam and enhanced the grandeur of the spectacular procession.
