As part of the ritual, Abhishekam with 108 sacred Kalasas was conducted to the Utsava idols of Sri Kodandarama Swamy along with Sita and Lakshmana between 9 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. at the Kalyana Mandapam of the temple.
Later at 5.30 p.m., Asthanam was held for the Utsava idols of Sri Sita Lakshmana Sametha Sri Kodandarama Swamy at the temple.
Temple Deputy Executive Officer Smt. Nagaratna, Temple Inspector Sri Suresh, and a large number of devotees participated in the programme.
