The JEO conducted a review meeting with senior TTD officials on Saturday at the Administrative Building in Tirupati.
Speaking on the occasion, the JEO said that all arrangements should be completed at least one week in advance, anticipating heavy pilgrim turnout during the ensuing Brahmotsavams.
He directed officials of all departments to obtain pending approvals immediately and expedite ongoing works.
He emphasised that special attention should be given to crowd management during Gaja Vahanam, Garuda Vahanam, and Panchami Theertham, where large congregations of devotees are expected.
Adequate arrangements must be made for the distribution of Annaprasadam, queue management, security, entry and exit at Padmasarovaram, medical services, and sanitation.
The JEO instructed the Engineering and Garden Departments to arrange illuminations and floral decorations at Tiruchanoor on par with Tirumala. He also asked the Health Department to coordinate with Panchayat officials to ensure cleanliness in and around Tirupati and Tiruchanoor.
He said that from Ankurarpanam on November 16 till Panchami Theertham, all departments should work in full coordination without any compromise.
Based on previous experience, temporary sheds, rangolis, PA systems, and LED screens should be arranged. Cultural programs by Hindu Dharma Prachara Parishad troupes should be organized to spiritually engage pilgrims in an attractive manner.
Special focus should be laid on Annaprasadam distribution centres at Navjeevan, Tholappa Gardens, Pudi, and High School premises, ensuring smooth and comfortable service to devotees.
On the day of Panchami Theertham, continuous and prior public announcements should be made along the Alipiri–Tiruchanoor route for better information to pilgrims.
The JEO instructed officials to work in close coordination with the Police, Revenue, and Panchayat departments and to mobilise adequate numbers of Srivari Sevaks for the event. He also directed the SVBC Channel to telecast all Brahmotsavam programs live for the sake of global devotees.
