KARIMNAGAR, FEBRUARY 01, 2024: The Karimnagar rural police have taken BRS municipal corporator from Seetharampur (21st division) Jangali Sagar into their custody for further investigations into the land grabbing, threatening and trespassing cases in Karimnagar town.
Following the complaints, the police have arrested the BRS corporator few days ago and remanded him to judicial custody. For further investigations into allegations of land grabbing, trespassing and terrorizing the people of the town, the police have sought one-day police custody of the BRS corporator on Thursday and the court also granted permission accordingly.
The police took him to his residence in Seetharampur locality and collected crucial documents. The police have also opened a rowdy-sheet against the municipal corporator two days ago.
