HYDERABAD, MARCH 24, 2024: The Banjara Hills police have registered a criminal case against former Rajya Sabha member Joginapalli Santosh Kumar, who is also former Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao’s nephew.
According to sources, Navayuga Engineering Company limited complained against the former MP Santosh Kumar and Lingareddy Sridhar for alleged land grabbing in Banjara Hills. The company stated that they had purchased 1350 yards of land in survey number 129/54.
But, the former MP and another person had forged documents and resorted to land grabbing. The police registered a criminal case under IPC sections 400, 471, 447, 120B read with 34.
