KARIMNAGAR, AUGUST 30, 2024: Karimnagar legislator and former Minister Gangula Kamalakar’s close associate and Karimnagar Chamber of Commerce president Chittimalla Srinivas and five others were arrested in land dispute case in Manakondur mandal.
The Karimnagar Two town police have arrested Chittimalla Srinivas (58) and his son Chittimalla Achyuth Chaitanya (32), Gampa Nagaraju (48), Deshaboina Srikanth (42), Deshaboina Gopi (58), Deshaboina Srinivas (57) and produced before the Karimnagar district court, which remanded them to judicial custody on Friday.
The victim Neerumalla Shyam Kumar had complained to the Karimnagar police alleging the accused persons had cheated him over the purchase of land in Manakondur mandal by creating fake documents and even threatening of dire consequences.
The others who are absconding include; Deshaboina Jagath Prakash, Gampa Ramesh, Konda Murali, Vangala Santosh Kumar, Gampa Lava Kumar, Gampa Ravali, Vangala Geetha, G Phanindra, Yamsani Radhakrishna, Akula
Sudarshan, Rekonda Sandeep, M Sharada Devi, B Srujan Rao, Kotha Jaipal Reddy and D Laxma Reddy.
