HYDERABAD, MARCH 27, 2025: The Telangana Government has appointed retired NABARD Telangana former CGM Yadla Krishna Rao (YKRao) as the new Telangana State Cooperative Apex Bank (TGCAB) Managing Director on Thursday.
This website has reported that “Telangana Government flouts norms by appointing an IAS officer as TGCAB Managing Director’ on March 21, 2025. Following the Telangana government took measures for the selection of new MD by conducting interviews and selected the retired NABARD officer YKRao.
Accordingly, TGCAB Chairman Marneni Ravinder Rao has handed over the appointment letter to Mr YK Rao at its 24th Management Committee meeting at TGCAB office in Hyderabad on Thursday and felicitated him by presenting with a shawl.
Similarly, the Board of Directors also felicitated B Gopi for rendering services as TGCAB for around nine months. Vice Chairman Kotha Kuruma Sathaiah, Directors Chitti Devender Reddy, Addi Bojja Reddy, Mamillapalli Vishvardhan Reddy, Dondapati Venkateshwar Rao, Kunta Ramesh Reddy, professional directors Srinivasulu, Mohanaiah, NABARDF CGM Uday Bhaskar, TGCAB CGM Jyothi, general managers Sureka, Sujatha, Latha and others were also present.
