People are told to discourage consuming loose milk as it may cause health problems
Distributes milk, curd, ghee and doodhpeda to consumers
KARIMNAGAR, MARCH 27, 2025: The Karimnagar Dairy, aka Karimnagar Milk Producer Company Limited, launched a unique door-to-door campaign on Thursday and distributed its milk and milk products in various parts of Karimnagar town.
The Karimnagar Dairy roped in around 200 employees, provided them with small milk packets, curd packets, ghee, and doodpeda, and dispatched them to various parts of the Karimnagar town. Dairy Managing Director P Shankar Reddy, along with Marketing Manager T Rajashekhar Reddy and others, formally flagged off the rally on the dairy’s premises.
The Dairy employees fanned out to various parts of the town such as Bank colony, Bhagathnagar, Seetharampur, Vasudeva colony, Katta Rampu, Jyothinagar, Malkapur, Vidyanagar and other localities. They visited the houses and greeted the inmates and distributed Karimnagar Dairy milk and curd packets, doodhpeda and ghee packets along with a pamphlets on the importance of consuming Karimnagar Dairy milk and milk products.
The milk campaign would be continued in the entire Karimnagar town, covering all the localities, and later it would be extended to other important towns such as Jagtial, Peddapalli, Sircilla, Godavarikhani and other towns.
Educating the customers about the importance of consuming only pasteurized milk, they alerted them about the health problems due to the consumption of loose milk and locally available milk. They educated that pasteurization is a process by which milk is heated to a specific temperature for a set period of time to kill harmful bacteria that can lead to diseases like as listeriosis, typhoid fever, tuberculosis, diphtheria and brucellosis.
Extending Ugadi and Ramzan greetings to the consumers of the Karimnagar Dairy, Chairman Ch Rajeshwar Rao said that the Karimnagar Dairy alone was providing the pure and quality milk to the customers within 24 hours after its collection from the farmers. He also said that the Karimnagar Mega dairy is fully automated and the milk is processed without human touch and fully computerized to provide quality milk and milk products to consumers.
Appealing the consumers to purchase Karimnagar dairy milk and milk products, he said that the purchase of quality and pure milk and milk products would encourage the Karimnagar dairy milk producers and their family members.
