KARIMNAGAR, MAY 24, 2025: The Karimnagar Milk Producer Company Limited, albeit Karimnagar Dairy, has increased the price of all varieties of milk by Rs 2 per litre and curd by Rs 3 per litre with effect from May 26, 2025.
Karimnagar Dairy, the leading milk supplier in Telangana state, has increased the price of both toned and pure milk. The price increase was implemented to cover rising production costs, particularly due to hikes in petroleum products, power tariffs, milk procurement costs and plastic packaging. Additionally, the dairy increased the procurement price of milk from farmers to compensate for these rising costs. Incidentally, the prices of milk were hiked only after five years.
