JAGTIAL, AUGUST 21, 2024: Coromandel International Ltd has organised an awareness programame on Mango Orchard crop for the benefit of farmers in Anthargam village of Jagtial district on Wednesday.
On this occasion, Coromandel International limited Warnagal Zonal manager Mr Sajan empowered the mango farmers about the good management practices in Mango orchards and nutrition management for better mango yield. Dr T Sudhakar Reddy, Divisional Agronomist, Hyderabad, educated the farmers on the importance of “soil testing “ and following the fertilizer schedules based upon the soil tests’ results.
Educating the farmers on “Integrated Nutrient Management “ in mango crop, Dr Sudhakar Reddy informed the farmers to apply KARBON+ , an “organic” fertilizer along with the Single Super Phosphate (PARRY SUPER), Secondary (TRIGOLD) nutrients and Micronutrients (SAMTUL). The above products/ fertilisers provides the complete nutritional solution to the mango orchards which leads to the higher mango fruit yields, Dr.Sudhakar Reddy has reiterated.
Mr. Madhavan (SSP Product Manager, Vijayawada ) has explained about the importance of nutrients available in the SSP and the benefits of the same for the Mango crop. Mr.R.T.Naidu (Organic Products Manager, Hyderabad ) has explained about the use & usage and dose & dosage of all organic products in Mango orchards.
A total of 60 progressive mango farmers have attended the mango awareness program and made it a grand success. Later, Coromandel’s officials have visited the mango orchard of Mr. Ravinder Reddy (Jagtial District farmer association President) and conducted a demonstration in his mangoes garden.
