TIRUMALA, OCTOBER 23, 2026: Thanks to the incessant rains during the last few days, the water levels in the five major reservoirs of Tirumala increased slightly by 61.68 lakh gallons as of Friday morning.
While 21.60 lakh gallons of water were used, 40.08 lakh gallons remained as surplus.
Papavinasanam dam: Increase of 20.96 lakh gallons; surplus of 6.86 lakh gallons
Gogarbham dam: Increase of 9.25 lakh gallons; surplus of 1.75 lakh gallons
Akashaganga dam: Increase of 6.33 lakh gallons; surplus of 6.33 lakh gallons
Kumaradhara dam: Increase of 25.14 lakh gallons; surplus of 25.14 lakh gallons
Pasupudhara dam: No change in water level.
