WARANGAL, OCTOBER 06, 2026: Kakatiya University has awarded a PhD in Human Resource Management to Banothu Vanitha, a research scholar in the Department of Human Resource Management. The degree was announced by the Controller of Examinations, Prof. Rajendar Katla.
Banothu Vanitha completed her doctoral research on “Impact of COVID-19 on HR Practices – A Study of NTPC Ramagundam” under the supervision of Prof. T. Yadagiri Rao, Vice-Chancellor, Telangana University, and faculty of the department.
Hailing from Boda Thanda, Uggampalli village, Chinna Gudur Mandal, Mahabubabad district, Banothu Vanitha was congratulated by teaching and non-teaching staff, research scholars and students of the University.
