KARIMNAGAR, SEPTEMBER 04, 2026: The 70th School Games Federation (SGF) Karimnagar Urban Kabaddi championship will be conducted on September 7 and 8, 2026, at Manair CBSE School, Padmanagar in Karimnagar town.
The competitions would be conducted in the under-14 and under-17 categories for boys and girls separately. The competitions would be conducted on September 7 for boys and on September 8 for girls. A total of 2,500 students from 60 schools would attend the competitions.
Accordingly, a poster pertaining to the conduct of SGF Kabaddi competitions was released in Karimnagar town on Friday by Manair Educational Institutions Chairman K Anantha Reddy and Telangana Olympic Association Joint Secretary G Janardhan Reddy.
The competitions were being organised by the district educational department in association with Manair Educational Institutions. SGF Urban Secretary A Shankraiah, Telangana Wrestling Association Vice President T Ramesh Reddy, Yoga Association State General Secretary N Sidda Reddy, PETs S Mahender, Swamy, Tirupati, Akhilesh and others were also present.
