KARIMNAGAR, AUGUST 19, 2026: Alphores educational institutions chairman V Narender Reddy felicitated and gave mementoes to the journalist photographers on the occasion of World Photography Day on Wednesday.
On this occasion, Mr Narender Reddy said, “A photograph captures a historical moment. Photojournalism has a vast legacy. A special shot can convey what even a book cannot,” he said and added that only a single photo has the power to touch the mind with a single click, move the nation, and govern.
“Photography has an inseparable relationship with the self. It is not merely about visuals but also about vision,” he remarked, encouraging photojournalists to continue contributing towards building a better and more compassionate society. As part of the programme, photojournalists Shukoor, Shailender Reddy, Kiran, Janardhan, Mohsin, Sridhar, Tirupati, Ranjit and others.
