HYDERABAD, JULY 27, 2026: State Government Chief Secretary Sanjay Jaju visited the Electronic Manufacturing Cluster (EMC) in E-City, Premier Energies Photovoltaic Private Limited, Avantel Limited, Mankhal Industrial Park, and M/s. Chiripal Poly Films Limited, on Monday. Along with the C.S., TGIIC Vice Chairman and Managing Director Shashanka and senior government officials also participated.
First, he visited M/s. Premier Energies Photovoltaic Private Limited. Established on 25 acres in E-City, this company manufactures Solar PV Modules. With an investment of Rs. 1,240 crores, the industry currently employs 1,200 people.
Later, the C.S. visited M/s. Avantel Limited. Located on 4 acres in E-City, this company primarily focuses on hi-tech defence electronics, satellite payload systems, and ground station infrastructure development. With an investment of Rs. 59.22 crores, this company employs 400 people.
On this occasion, he also visited Mankhal Industrial Park and inspected M/s. Chiripal Poly Films Limited. Initially, 1,20,881 square meters (29.87 acres) of land was allotted to this company for setting up a BOPP/BOPET Film manufacturing unit. Coating, metallising, slitting, and recycling operations are carried out here. Chiripal Poly Films Limited has successfully established its manufacturing unit on the allotted land and has also completed the expansion project. Currently, this unit is carrying out commercial production with an investment of Rs. 284.02 crores and providing employment to 500 people.
Later, he visited M/s. Wipro Enterprises (Pvt) Limited in Maheshwaram General Park. 1,21,410 square meters (30 acres) of land was allotted to this company. Currently, this unit is carrying out commercial production with an investment of Rs. 17,434 lakhs and providing employment to 331 people.
Finally, Sanjay Jaju visited M/s. Malabar Gems and Jewellery Manufacturing Private Limited. A total of 14,973 square meters (3.7 acres) of land in Maheshwaram General Park was allotted to this company for setting up a state-of-the-art gems and jewellery manufacturing unit. The company has successfully set up its manufacturing unit on the allotted land and completed expansion projects. Currently, this unit is carrying out commercial production with an investment of Rs. 37,405 lakhs and providing employment to 2,782 people.
On this occasion, the Chief Secretary appreciated the steps taken by the Telangana Government in industrial development, investments, and job creation, and requested officials to further accelerate industrial development in the state.
