KARIMNAGAR, JULY 09, 2026: Alphores e-techno school, Kothapalli, Karimnagar town, organised a Conclave in collaboration with NCC 9 Telangana battalion, wherein Associate NCC officers and caretakers of government and private institutions attended on Thursday.
A conclave of Associate NCC Officers (ANOs) was organised to discuss and refine their training strategies, leadership development and discipline guidelines. The ANOs are full-time faculty members of schools and colleges who are imparted basic military training and given commissioned ranks to oversee NCC activities in their respective institutes.
The conclave was held to acquaint all stakeholders, responsible for conducting the NCC training, with the aims, objectives and the latest training methodology available for the largest youth organisation in the country.
The main objective of the conclave was to achieve synergy in all future NCC activities to derive maximum benefits for young cadets who have voluntarily opted to undergo training.
Col A K Jayanth, commanding officer of 9 Telangana Battalion and the chief guest, highlighted the crucial role of NCC in nation-building and commended ANOs for their dedication and contributions to the NCC. He also emphasised the importance of training and leadership development among NCC officers.
