Additional EO holds maiden review meeting on Srivari Brahmotsavams
TIRUMALA, JULY 09, 2026: In view of the twin Brahmotsavams underway this year owing to Adhika Masa, TTD Additional Executive Officer Sri Ch. Venkaiah Chowdary directed all Heads of Departments to finalise comprehensive plans and ensure completion of all arrangements within the prescribed time frame.
A review meeting was held with all HoDs by the Additional EO, along with the Tirupati Joint Executive Officer Dr. A. Sharath and CVSO Sri Murali Krishna over departmental preparedness at the Sudharma Conference Hall in Tirumala.

Vahana Sevas will be conducted daily between 8 AM and 10 AM and again between 7PM and 9 PM.
VIP break darshan stands cancelled for all categories during the Brahmotsavams, except for protocol dignitaries.
Darshan for senior citizens, persons with disabilities, parents with infants, NRIs and donors remains suspended
Vigilance and Police departments are tasked with ensuring stringent security measures, traffic regulation, clear route mapping and adequate parking facilities.
Anna prasadam distribution must be arranged at queue lines, Mada Street galleries and other key locations to serve continuous food to devotees.
Engineering works are to be completed in accordance with devotees’ needs and timelines.
Additional sanitation staff shall be deployed to ensure cleanliness of public toilets and facilities.
Appropriate electrical illumination, fruit and floral decorations shall be provided across venues.
Youth participation shall be encouraged by enlisting volunteers as Srivari Sevaks.
Two-wheelers remain prohibited on Tirumala Ghat Roads from 9 PM on 18 September to 6AM on 20 September 2026, owing to expected heavy traffic during Garuda Seva.
Adequate buffer stock of Srivari laddus must be maintained to meet anticipated demand.
