RAMAGUNDAM, JUNE 26, 2026: As part of the observance of National Electrical Safety Week 2026, Telangana STPS, Ramagundam, has formally launched the inauguration of the week-long Electrical Safety Week on Friday, which will be observed from June 26 to July 2, 2026, with a mass pep talk at the Open Car Parking Area in front of the Telangana Service Building.
The programme was graced by Shri C. K. Samanta, HOP (R&T), Shri Mukul Rai, GM (O&M), Shri Avijit Dutta, GM (M & ADM) and Shri Binoy Josh, GM (P).
The week-long observance aims to reinforce the importance of electrical safety and promote a proactive safety culture among employees and contract workers. During the programme, participants will take a collective pledge to uphold safe work practices and prevent electrical hazards at the workplace.
All employees are requested to attend the programme along with their respective teams, contract workers, and actively participate in the activities planned during the Safety Week.
The theme for National Electrical Safety Week 2026 is “Today’s Awareness, Tomorrow’s Prevention, emphasizing the need for continuous vigilance and awareness to prevent accidents arising from electrical short circuits and related hazards.
