RAMAGUNDAM, APRIL 13, 2026: A new Fire Tender was inaugurated at CISF Unit, at NTPC Ramagundam, Telangana, on Monday, strengthening the station’s fire safety and emergency response capabilities.
The Fire Tender was formally inaugurated by Chandan Kumar Samanta, Executive Director (R&T), in the august presence of Navneet Kaur, Commandant, CISF Unit (R&T).
The induction of the new Fire Tender marks a significant step towards enhancing safety infrastructure and ensuring preparedness to effectively handle fire-related emergencies within the plant premises. The initiative reflects NTPC’s continued commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational excellence.
