KARIMNAGAR, MARCH 16, 2026: Padala Thirupathi, a resident of Raikal town and Assistant Professor in the Department of Botany at SRR Government Arts & Science College (Autonomous), Karimnagar, has been conferred with the prestigious “Best Indian Golden Personality Award” by Friendship Forum, New Delhi. On this occasion, a grand felicitation ceremony was organised at the college under the leadership of Professor Tirukovela Srinivas (Head, Dept. of Botany) and Rautu Radhakrishna (Head, Dept. of Microbiology).
Speaking at the event, Professor Tirukovela Srinivas noted that Padala Thirupathi has been providing exceptional educational services. He noted that Thirupathi offers free coaching classes for M.Sc. entrance exams and organises webinars on the importance of medicinal plants and various scientific topics to guide students toward academic excellence.
Furthermore, it was mentioned that as an NSS Programme Officer, Thirupathi has successfully organised National Integration Camps, rural development awareness programmes in Dharamsala, and various community outreach initiatives. He has been actively involved in eradicating social evils and ensuring government welfare schemes reach the underprivileged.
Thirupathi expressed his gratitude, stating that this honour belongs not just to his individual efforts but also to the support of his colleagues and the college administration. He pledged to continue his active participation in educational and social service activities in the future.
