KARIMNAGAR, MARCH 03, 2026: As promised, former Mayor and 58th division municipal corporator S Ravinder Singh has distributed the promised Rs 10,000 fixed deposit amount for every girl child born in his municipal division of Karimnagar town.
Accordingly, the former corporator Kamaljit Kaur Sohan Singh has distributed the FD amount to the parents on Tuesday. Following the news that Janagama Dattatreya was blessed with a granddaughter in the division, the BRS leaders visited their house and handed over the FD to the newborn child’s parents.
Ravinder Singh said that every girl child born in his municipal division is equal to his granddaughter and assured to support their education by depositing Rs 10,000 as an FD.
