Earlier, upon his arrival at Maha Dwaram, the CJI was welcomed by the TTD Trust Board Chairman B. R. Naidu, EO Muddada Ravi Chandra, and Additional EO Ch. Venkaiah Chowdary.

On this occasion, the priests traditionally welcomed the CJI with Isthikaphal, accompanied by the Mela Talas and chanting of Vedic Mantras.

After the darshan of the Srivaru, the priests honoured the Chief Justice of India with a shesha vestra and later Vedic scholars gave him Vedaseervachanam at the Ranganayakula Mandapam.
The TTD Chairman, along with the EO, presented the Tirtha Prasadams and a laminated photo of the Srivaru to the protocol dignitary of the Apex Court. The CJI also offered prayers in the Sri Varaha Swamy temple.
Among others, TTD JEO Veerabrahmam, CVSO Muralikrishna, SP L Subbarayudu, a few members of the TTD Trust Board and other officials participated in the program.
