Earlier, the Utsava idols were taken in a grand procession along the four Mada Streets surrounding the temple and were brought to the Swami Pushkarini. Between 7 PM and 8 PM, Sri Krishna, flanked by His Consort Rukmini, seated on a beautifully decorated float illuminated with electric lights, sailed across the Pushkarini three times, blessing devotees. The Teppotsavam was conducted ceremoniously amidst Vedic chanting and traditional musical renditions.
TTD Executive Officer Muddada Ravichandra, Additional Executive Officer Ch. Venkaiah Chowdary, JEO (Health& Education) Dr. A. Sharath, CV&SO, Muralikrishna, several Board Members, and other officials participated in the programme.
