Following the temple tradition, the Mauritian President offered prayers first in the Varaha Swamy temple.
On his arrival at the Mahadwaram of the temple, he was received by Minister of AP Endowments Anam Ramnarayan Reddy, along with TTD Chairman BR Naidu and the TTD EO Anil Kumar Singhal. TTD Additional EO Ch Venkaiah Chowdary, CVSO Muralikrishna, were also present.
Later, the VIP dignitary had darshan of the presiding deity as well as the Vaikuntha Dwaram.
At Ranganayakula Mandapam, he was offered Veda Asheervachanam by the Vedic scholars.
The TTD board chief also presented the laminated photo of Srivaru, Prasadams on the occasion.
District Collector Dr Venkateswar, SP L Subbarayudu, and temple officials were also present.
