
KARIMNAGAR, DECEMBER 04, 2025: To enhance historical awareness and promote experiential learning, students of Class III of Achievers Active High School, Kothi Rampur, Karimnagar, visited the Archaeological Museum in Karimnagar town on Thursday.
The visit was organised as part of the school’s educational tour programme aimed at providing students with first-hand exposure to India’s rich archaeological and cultural heritage. The museum, renowned for its extensive collection of artefacts from the Satavahana civilisation, Nizam dynasty and medieval period, captivated the students’ interest.
Under the guidance of museum staff and school faculty, the students explored various galleries showcasing pottery, coins, tools, sculptures, and inscriptions. Special emphasis was given to the Satavahana and Kakatiya dynasties, where students learnt about the ancient settlement at Karimnagar and its significance in the Indus Valley Civilisation.
Director Ch Venkateshwarlu and Principal Ch Pallavi expressed appreciation for the museum’s efforts in preserving history and fostering education.
