KARIMNAGAR, NOVEMBER 30, 2025: Various sports events were organised by St George International School CBSE, Kothapalli, Karimnagar, for the parents of the students to mark the Parents’ Day celebrated on the school premises on Sunday.
School Chairman P Fatima Reddy extended a warm welcome to all the parents. He appreciated the efforts of the parents who have taken the initiative to participate in the games and, in a way, exhorted their kids to do the same in future. “The participation of parents will boost the morale of their children and will be enthused to participate in different sports activities,” he added.
Various sports events such as Musical chairs, Balloon blast, card building, treasure hunt, ball relay and more were organised. Parents were awarded prizes by the director and principal of the school.
The chairman congratulated the parents of the wards, who he said “have paved the way for their children to learn from them and prove their mettle in the field of sports by participating enthusiastically. Children learn best by example and the participation of parents proved to be a befitting example for the children to participate in sports activities in and out of the school,” he shared. Principal Priyadarshini and other faculty members were also present.
